Basel joins other Swiss cities in preparing for regulated cannabis sales

Recreational cannabis use will be legal in the canton of Basel-Stadt from next year. A project for the regulated sale of this drug will be submitted to the federal government this autumn. Elsewhere in Switzerland, the canton of Geneva and several cities will also try the experiment in 2022.
