There's been a rush on CBD, the legal cannabis, since it became available in Switzerland. Customers are coming for its medical virtues: antinflammatory, analgesic, anxiolytic, etc. But what do we really know about the medical effects of CBD, should we see it as a kind of do-it-all drug?
