City outcasts

Only a few decades ago, the mentally ill were systematically cared for on the outskirts. The Fondation de Nant, a psychiatric clinic in the canton of Vaud, recently decided to relocate some of these activities to the heart of the city. Nowadays, it's the Roma, prostitutes and migrants who are placed outside urban centers.
