Desperately seeking villagers

We all love the mountains, but living in them is another story. Over 80% of Switzerland's population lives on the plains. Since the middle of the last century, our mountain villages have been depopulating. Because high-altitude agriculture is disappearing, because there are no local jobs and little housing.
