Family law for rainbow families

About 6,000 to 30,000 children grow up in rainbow families in Switzerland, i.e. families in which at least lʹone parent considers himself or herself to be lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or queer. Children who often have a genetic link with only one of the two parents. How does the law apply within these different constellations?
