Finma criticizes the limited legal framework of Swiss banking regulation

Finma, the financial markets watchdog, denounces in a report on Tuesday the "repeated scandals" and management "errors" at Credit Suisse that caused it to lose customer confidence and led to its collapse last March. The regulator is calling for better tools to act more effectively.
