Five years ago, on March 13, 2020, the Federal Council decreed the closure of schools in the face of the meteoric rise of Covid 19. Three days later, it announced a state of emergency and confinement for the whole of Switzerland, resulting in the closure of restaurants, stores, markets and leisure centers.
