France Télécom and its former managers convicted of "moral harassment

France Télécom and its former executives, including ex-CEO Didier Lombard, were convicted in Paris on Friday of "moral harassment". The trial, unprecedented for a CAC 40 company, took place ten years after several employee suicides.
