Geneva: the race for the Council of States is more open than ever

While Green Robert Cramer and Socialist Liliane Maury Pasquier are not seeking re-election in Bern, the race for the Council of States looks set to be wide open in Geneva this autumn. A number of national councillors will also be stepping down.
