Genoa viaduct collapse: chronic underinvestment

Hervé Rayner, senior lecturer and researcher at the University of Lausanne, specializing in Italy, believes that the collapse of the Morandi bridge in Genoa is symptomatic of chronic underinvestment in public infrastructure on the Peninsula.
