Hospitals and EMS: Care also means good nutrition!

Hospital does not rhyme with gastronomy. In 2006, the FOPH claimed that a third of patients suffer from undernutrition, and suffer the consequences. How can we do better when it comes to taste, so that food finally plays its part in patients' well-being?
