The limits of social networking

The Swiss Federal Supreme Court (TF) has acquitted a social network user convicted in the first instance by the Zurich Cantonal Court for threats to the population. According to the TF, a circle of friends on Facebook cannot be considered a population. Nevertheless, certain limits must not be exceeded.
