Living in a vacuum towards Mars

Living in a completely enclosed capsule is a challenge that must be met on Earth if we are ever to consider a trip to Mars. The round trip will take around two and a half years. During this time, the capsule won't be able to be refueled, so its occupants need to be completely self-sufficient.
