Measles, tuberculosis, tetanus, etc... which vaccines are recommended?

A major invention of the 19th century, vaccines are now decried and controversial. Yet they protect us and save lives. Measles, tuberculosis, tick-borne encephalitis, tetanus, etc. Which vaccines are recommended? Which vaccines are more incidental? Is it dangerous to cumulate them?
