Moutier: municipal elections against a backdrop of the Jura question

The Prefecture of the Bernese Jura is allowing, at least until a possible decision to the contrary, the November 25 elections to be held in Moutier. An appeal had been lodged in connection with the attitude of the outgoing mayor.
