New recommendations to prevent overdiagnosis of Alzheimer's disease

The diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease is today mostly based on the presence of biomarkers in the body and blood. However, this approach generates a risk of overdiagnosis: receiving positive results from these tests does not necessarily mean that the person conerced will develop the disease.
