A planet as hairy as a comet

Swiss astronomers have observed, for the first time on such a scale, a phenomenon resulting from an immense cloud of hydrogen escaping from GJ436b, an exoplanet the size of Neptune. The latter gives the star a hair and a tail of gas, giving it the appearance of a giant comet.
