Rapid tests, a reliable alternative for detecting covid-19

A study conducted by Unisanté reveals that rapid tests have a sensitivity close to that of standard PCR tests for detecting SARS-CoV-2 positive cases. These rapid tests, which provide results in 15 minutes, could speed up isolation and quarantine procedures, and thus become a spearhead in the screening strategy against covid-19.
