The salt content of our food

Six years after its first surveys, the Fédération romande des consommateurs (FRC) is analyzing trends in salt (or sodium) content in 108 products sold by the country's leading retailers. Has salt decreased in industrial preparations, as suggested by the Confederation in its 2008 "Stratégie sel"
