Seasonal flu makes a comeback in Switzerland, especially in French-speaking Switzerland

The return of seasonal flu to Switzerland is threatening the French-speaking cantons in particular, according to figures from the Federal Office of Public Health. Cases recorded in the FOPH's Sentinella reporting system have doubled in the space of a week, rising to 5.03 cases per 100,000 inhabitants as of December 15.
