Should the framework agreement with the EU be signed quickly?

Confederation President Simonetta Sommaruga and her European Commission counterpart Ursula von der Leyen spoke by telephone, the day after the clear rejection of the limitation initiative. Sommaruga reiterated her desire to see the framework agreement signed as soon as possible.
