The SVP against Strasbourg

On March 10, 2015, the SVP launched the "Swiss law instead of foreign judges" initiative to enable the country, if necessary, to denounce international treaties, including the European Convention on Human Rights. This conception of justice worries many politicians and human rights defenders.
