Switzerland one of the most generous countries when it comes to SMEs hit by Covid-19

Switzerland is at the bottom of the league when it comes to aid paid to companies in difficulty because of Covid-19. Virtually no country pays so little to SMEs hit by closure. That's what the latest IMF figures show.
