Vaud doesn't want to miss the silver economy's turning point

Sometimes presented as a problem or a risk, senior citizens aged 65 and over are also "an opportunity", the canton of Vaud has stressed. It thus intends to anticipate and succeed in the turning point of an aging population and the "silver economy".
