What future for democracy?

Long triumphant, liberal democracy is in crisis. According to German-American political scientist Yascha Mounk, author of "Le peuple contre la démocratie" ("The people against democracy"), the global disinterest of citizens in politics and their growing openness to authoritarian possibilities are just some of the signs. But this Harvard professor remains optimistic: remedies do exist.
