Who are the "Friends of the Constitution", the movement launching a second referendum against the Covid law?

After the failure of its first referendum on June 13, the Friends of the Constitution movement is back in the fight. Together with Réseau Choix Vaccinal, they are backing a new referendum against the March amendments to the Covid-19 law, health certificate and tracing.
