154 million lives saved thanks to vaccines

At a time when the United States is experiencing an outbreak of measles and the death of a second child on April 6, the journal Nature offers a synthesis of various studies to remind us of the importance of vaccination. Their calculations show that over the last 50 years, vaccines have saved 154 million lives worldwide.
