EU justice rules in favor of Apple, which will keep its 13 billion euros

European judges have ruled in Apple's favor, overturning on Wednesday the European Commission's decision which had ordered the American giant to repay Ireland 13 billion euros in tax benefits deemed undue by Brussels.
