Executioners die too: what to do with their bodies?

From Mussolini to Slobodan Milosevic, from Osama Bin Laden to Saddam Husein or Muammar Gaddafi, genocidaires, war criminals, dictators or agents of international terrorism also die. In all cases, these singular deaths raise identical questions: What is to be done with their remains? How do we deal with their legacy, the memory of their person and their crimes? Is it possible to avoid the cult of the executioner?
