"Food and you", a participatory project dedicated to personalized nutrition

The Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) is launching "Food and you", a citizen research project dedicated to personalized nutrition. The idea, in the long term, is to take into account the physiology and lifestyle of each individual to offer them a healthier personalized diet.
