Free postal voting to boost turnout

In French-speaking Switzerland, only the canton of Geneva and a few communes in Fribourg pay for the postage of envelopes for postal voting. The commune of Prilly has decided to try the experiment for the March 7 ballots, hoping to boost turnout in times of pandemic.
