Making palm oil more sustainable

Producing palm oil without deforestation and with a carbon gain is what scientists from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne and the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research are trying to achieve. They have studied various alternatives, notably in Colombia.
