Meeting with Lyesse Laloui

Lyesse Laloui is Director of the Soil Mechanics Laboratory at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). Put trivially, his main activity is to predict how a soil will react if a hole is made in it, and to determine the smartest way to make that hole.
