Studying animal behavior using deep learning

Using deep learnin to study animal movements, thatʹs what scientists at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne are doing with the help of a software program called DeepLabCut. Thanks to this, they manage to analyze the behaviors of animals alone, but especially in groups. Their results can be read in the journal Nature Methods.
