A cheap passport for the 3rd generation?

They are the grandchildren of immigrants. Born in Switzerland, they grew up here, just like their parents. Parliament believes that these 3rd generation young people should benefit from easier naturalization. So, should the process be simplified to give this 3rd generation easier access to the Swiss passport? Or will this open the door to mass naturalization, as the project's opponents claim?
